Job summary

Trulieve in Reading, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our processing plant. The ideal candidate is a multi-trade problem solver who can troubleshoot a variety of equipment in a clean, food-grade environment and work as part of a team to meet production goals.

This role requires hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, strict safety standards, and the ability to document work and manage maintenance tickets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with trade school or apprenticeship preferred
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with electrical test equipment (multimeters, amp meters, meggers)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution, HVAC, and lighting systems
• Follow maintenance procedures to maximize equipment life and efficiency
• Respond to maintenance tickets and prioritize tasks
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage
• Collaborate with maintenance team to solve problems
• Assist inventory of parts and materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
