Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the processing plant in Monticello, FL. The role focuses on multi-trade troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance in a clean food-grade environment to support production equipment and building systems.

The ideal candidate has electrical/mechanical training, experience with control/low voltage systems, and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Shift is 6:00 PM–6:30 AM; 50 lb lifts and PPE required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with completion of Trade School, Apprenticeship, or relevant Military Experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical theory and troubleshooting.
• Background in troubleshooting of control/low voltage systems and reading electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and install processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot building's Electrical Distribution, HVAC, and Lighting systems.
• Follow planned maintenance procedures to ensure efficiency and lifespan of equipment.
• Respond to maintenance tickets according to priority.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, and related components.
• Collaborate with team to resolve equipment and building issues.
• Assist with inventory and documentation of parts and maintenance items.
