Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow setup procedures and specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up converting equipment to support daily production schedules.
• Prepare machines with film, materials, and components for production.
• Perform quality checks to verify machine setup and product specs.
• Operate equipment once setup is complete and monitor performance.
• Identify and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
