Job summary

You will troubleshoot complex systems, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in plant changeovers, with a focus on safety and proper documentation.

The role requires experience with PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to work with basic PC programs. A forklift certification and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend written and oral instructions, tech data, blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Industrial electrical knowledge including PLCs and PC-based controls.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system experience.
• Ability to work with basic PC programs.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have own tools and forklift certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain, rebuild, repair, move, modify, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on plant production equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Relocation and installation of equipment, including electrical, air and water hookup.
• Support production changeovers and start-ups.
• Maintain records and use reporting system for performance tracking.
• Contribute to plant housekeeping and safety programs.
