Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Night Shift to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining process and utility equipment, improving uptime, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot problems, perform repairs on gear boxes, pumps, blowers and drives, document actions in CMMS, and work closely with operations to meet production goals. Night shift schedule and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Improve equipment uptime and line efficiency.
• Troubleshoot root causes of machine problems.
• Repair and overhaul equipment (gear boxes, pumps, blowers, drives).
• Document repair actions in CMMS.
• Work safely and follow departmental safety procedures.
