Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and systems within our facility. The role aims to keep operations efficient and downtime to a minimum.

Required: high school diploma (technical training a plus), 1 year of related experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools is helpful; some on-call work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and safety standards.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and a range of hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery, equipment, and systems to identify issues and ensure proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend asset life.
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and own expertise; troubleshoot and repair.
• Execute repairs or replace parts as needed; work with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Generate and close work orders; maintain accurate records and inventory.
• On-call duties may be required; maintain a clean, safe work area.
