Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Intermediate proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Maintenance Tech II proficiency within 10 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify and rebuild production machinery and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide support around machine reliability and production changeovers as needed.
• Maintain records and comply with safety standards and quality protocols.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and report hazards.
