Job summary

CPI Card Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in the Littleton, CO production facility. The role supports production uptime on a Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am schedule with starting pay of $25.40 per hour.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and collaboration with other departments to improve quality and productivity, while following OSHA and ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and basic electrical repair.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Elementary English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality preventative and emergency maintenance services on all manufacturing and supportive equipment to maximize production uptime.
• Troubleshoot issues and make repairs relating to production and facility equipment as necessary.
• Troubleshoot, train and repair mechanical and electrical components, including motors, drives, pumps, and control devices.
• Participate in new equipment installation and existing equipment moves.
• Utilize and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Work with other departments to improve quality, performance and productivity.
• Observe and comply with safety regulations per OSHA and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain the plant and office area to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
