Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Littleton, MA. You will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, experience with high-speed automated equipment, and the ability to work a 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience maintaining high-speed automated production equipment.
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform effective repairs.
• Experience installing, modifying, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment and production line service calls to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support the installation, setup, and testing of new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work independently to prioritize repairs and support production goals.
