Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Wisconsin facility. This role focuses on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on troubleshooting to minimize downtime and support extrusion operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control system duties.
• Inspect and predict operational state of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Install and setup barrels and screws on extruders with minimal supervision.
• Complete welding and fabrication work, process repairs and capital projects.
• Troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and perform component adjustments.
