Job summary

DeKalb Health in Delphos, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facilities, powered industrial equipment, and stationery assets. You will collaborate with Production to keep equipment ready and running on a Friday-Sunday 6:00pm–6:00am shift.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Welding experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility with work schedule and duties when location environment changes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, and write).
• Balance productivity, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, adjust, and replace electrical equipment and controls.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components and conveyors.
• Inspect and service pneumatic equipment and hydraulic seals.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment including HVAC and pumps.
• Adhere to Document Control Policy after training.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain excellent attendance for an hourly role.
• Handle minor tasks related to duties.
