Job summary

Campbell's Franklin facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring safe, productive operation for snack-food production. The role supports continuous improvement and plant reliability, with a focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

The position requires adherence to GMPs, safety protocols, and ability to read schematics and technical docs. Shift is night, 12-hour schedule, with 5:45 PM–6 AM hours.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some college or formal technical school education is preferred, but not required.
• Must pass plant specific maintenance test.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to electrical, EPA, UBC and local environmental policies.
• Follows safety procedures including LOTO, arc flash, and hot work permits.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Documents work in SAP and uses root cause techniques.
