Job summary

TXM INC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a brand-new distribution facility in Lancaster, TX. The role covers night shifts (5pm–5:30am) to sustain peak operations through preventative, reactive, and planned maintenance on automated systems.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of electrical and mechanical experience on conveyors and material-handling equipment, with PLCs and CMMS proficiency. This permanent position offers strong benefits and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance on conveyors or material-handling equipment.
• Experience in high-pressured maintenance environments.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, inverters, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Capable of preventative and reactive maintenance and documenting work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12.5-hour night shifts (5pm–5:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule; may adjust as needed.
• Conduct preventative, reactive and planned maintenance on site machinery.
• Maintain Electrical and Mechanical systems on automated storage and retrieval, storage and picking systems.
• Record details and breakdowns in a CMMS; follow up tasks as required.
• Provide reliable maintenance support to the on-site customer installations.
• Keep work areas and machinery clean and safe.
