Source Energy Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to install, service and maintain production equipment at our Blair, WI site. This role offers growth opportunities and a stable career path in a safety-first team.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, read work orders, and document daily activities. Starting pay is $26/hour with a $3 night shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to learn and grow in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain production equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Provide emergency repairs of production equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders; diagnose and repair components.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports; cross-train as needed.
