The position operates on a 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, 2-2-3 night rotation with an hourly range of $29.75–$33.25 plus a $2.00 shift premium for nights. Ramsey aptitude testing occurs during interviews, and starting wages depend on test results.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems.
• Some PLC experience and ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Ability to work within an integrated operating enterprise and manage priorities.
• Completion of Ramsay Maintenance Skills Assessment is required.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks listed and work a variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance during machine service and provide emergency repairs.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Troubleshoot problems, replace parts, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Comply with safety regulations and keep work areas clean and orderly.
