Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• MT1 and/or industrial maintenance certification desirable; military and technical training considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain industrial machinery.
• Observe machines to diagnose malfunctions and determine repairs using blueprints and specifications.
• Dismantle and reassemble machines to replace defective parts.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document parts used and repairs.
• Maintain and lubricate tools and equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Engage in quality policies to ensure consistent job performance.
