Job summary

Lake Country Dairy in Turtle Lake, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 24/7 cheese plant. This full-time role offers a 6 PM–6 AM shift, with a 3–4 day workweek, overtime, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a retirement plan.

You will perform electrical, welding, and equipment repairs, along with HVAC and high-pressure steam systems. You should have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing; PLC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in a 24/7 production environment preferred.
• Food industry experience is a plus and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks throughout a 24/7 cheese plant.
• Electrical work, welding, equipment repair, pump repair, motor troubleshooting.
• Work with pneumatics, HVAC, waste water controls, and high pressure steam systems.
• Assist with computerized operating systems; PLC knowledge is a plus.
