Job summary

Lake Country Dairy in Turtle Lake, WI is hiring for production operator roles to support our award-winning Mascarpone & Ricotta production lines. You will operate cheese processing equipment, perform set-ups and adjustments, conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot issues, handle paperwork and sanitation tasks.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. We offer competitive wages starting around $60,000+ per year, a 4A-4P shift with a 2-2-3 rotation, overtime

Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical aptitude and the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate processing and sanitation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate cheese processing equipment and monitor line performance.
• Set up and adjust machines and parameters as needed.
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete paperwork and carry out sanitation duties.
• Support 24/7 production with rotating shift requirements.
