Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain NACI/LAC clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry.
• Replace belts and filters on air handling units.
• Repair sinks, toilets, and water coolers; patch walls and ceilings.
• Paint structures and equipment; repair concrete surfaces.
• Inspect interior infrastructure and support preventative maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain records.
