Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance or related experience (or equivalent training).
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain/maintain NACI/LAC clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry.
• Replace belts and filters on air handling units.
• Repair or replace sinks, toilets, and water coolers.
• Patch and repair walls and ceilings.
• Paint structures and equipment.
• Repair concrete surfaces such as floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Inspect and maintain interior infrastructure.
• Support preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate records.
