Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Springfield, OH is seeking a maintenance mechanic to keep our operations running. You'll be hands-on with industrial equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, HVAC, conveyors, and cranes, performing repairs and preventive maintenance.

The role is Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, starting pay $25.11 per hour with an incentive, plus tool and boot allowances, weekly pay, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Three years previous machine repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, and conveyors preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check; able to lift/move up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment, focusing on reliability and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance across plants including high places and cold spaces.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
