Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a unit of Post Holdings, Inc., invites applications for a Maintenance Technician at our Fitzgerald, GA plant. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and operates 6pm-6am, focusing on repairing, maintaining, and improving electro-mechanical equipment to drive productivity and safety.

Candidates should have 2-5 years in electrical/mechanical maintenance, lean manufacturing experience, and proficiency with automation systems, PLCs, and HMIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• 2-5 years in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of automation systems and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair electro-mechanical equipment in processing and packaging lines.
• Perform line changeovers and equipment set-ups.
• Read drawings and blueprints; interpret schematics.
• Calibrate instrumentation and maintain PLC/HMI/control systems; update software/hardware as needed.
• Support health and safety, and food safety initiatives.
