Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Fairburn, GA site. The role involves maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, handling work orders in our CMMS, and coordinating with team members to meet client needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years related experience. The schedule is Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm–6am, onsite with a pay range of $25–$27 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
• Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and use ladders.

Responsibilities

• Performs service requests with professional, efficient execution and minimal disruption.
• Completes general maintenance tasks: painting, plumbing, lighting, fixtures, furniture.
• Responds to emergencies and after-hours building activities as needed.
• Troubleshoots system and equipment failures.
• Maintains safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Keeps neat, organized records of work performed.
• Maintains machinery, equipment and tools in good working order.
