Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
• Support electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers and other maintenance staff as needed.
• Inspect equipment for noise, heat, and wear; read gauges and logs.
• Lubricate moving parts and replace worn belts or filters.
• Disassemble/assemble sheet metal components, fans, motors and control units.
