Echo Lake Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain manufacturing equipment across our Wisconsin–based facilities. You will work on conveyor systems, motors, hydraulics, and GMP-compliant processes, on a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, experience with AC/DC motors and VFDs, and the ability to read schematics. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge in diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed equipment.
• Experience with AC/DC motors and VFDs.
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specs.
• Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to operate drilling/milling machines.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to keep machinery safe and efficient.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery/equipment.
• Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation/logs.
• Adhere to GMPs and company safety policies.
