Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Cincinnati facility. The role requires deep expertise in electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with a focus on safety and quality.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize complex equipment across the site. Starting pay is dependent on experience, with a rotating 12‑hour schedule and 6:00pm–6:30am shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.
• Certificate in applied electrical maintenance or Associates degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing, is a plus.
• Safety training includes lockout/tagout, HazMat, and PPE usage.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, OEM instructions and specs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment quickly and safely.
• Install, start up and shut down equipment following safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Advise operators on safe operation and maintenance requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor CMMS records.
• Support high speed packaging equipment and robotics as needed.
