Nestlé Purina is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Batavia, OH facility. You will perform proactive and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoot production equipment, and coordinate with production and engineering to implement efficient, safe solutions.

The role shifts from day shift to a 4,10-hour day schedule during training, then to nights on a 2-2-3 schedule. Competitive pay, bonuses, benefits, and a 401(k) match are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex mechanical equipment in industrial settings.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools to resolve issues safely.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with team to maintain equipment and solve technical problems.
• Train others and promote a safety-first attitude on site.
• Execute Planned Maintenance (PM) activities to prevent failures and keep operations running.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including motors, conveyors, gears, valves, hydraulics and automation.
• Reduce unplanned stoppages via root-cause analysis and data-driven fixes.
• Utilize CMMS and diagnostic tools to perform work safely and efficiently.
