Job summary

Xylem is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the night shift at our Dubois, PA facility. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive/PdM tasks to keep manufacturing lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a technical education and hands-on experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and hydraulics. This position requires overtime and multi-shift availability, with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post secondary technical education required.
• 3+ years maintenance in automated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and instrumentation.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per SOP and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and communicate with production supervisors and operators.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
