Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 water technology leader, is hiring a Plantwide Maintenance Technician for the Uniontown, PA site on the third shift to safely troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. You will read mechanical prints, operate forklifts, uphold LOTO safety, and collaborate with a team while also handling independent tasks.

Candidates should show hands-on experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and bring a basic tool set to support

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Forklift and manlift operation, safety training preferred.
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate within a team and handle solo assignments as needed.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Operate forklifts and manlifts (certification preferred).
• Follow LOTO safety procedures and use meters, gauges, and hand tools.
