Job Summary

The Maintenance position at night shift is responsible for keeping the machines running as efficiently as possible in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM rotating days.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Perform a variety of semiskilled duties in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, mechanical repairs, machine lubrication, painting, or plastering.
• Maintain, service and conduct minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Apply knowledge of safety procedures and maintain safety consciousness.
• Organize, coordinate and assist in managing overall maintenance programs including property appearance, timely work order service and cost‑effective inventory control of the properties.
• Assist in all service areas as needed.
• Under the direction of the lead Maintenance Supervisor and the production management department, obtain knowledge for equipment maintenance servicing, scheduling, vendor interaction and other related services.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Be exposed to temperature extremes inside or outside.
• Operate various assembly/manufacturing/repair tools.
• Position oneself to maintain equipment, including under equipment and in small spaces.
• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable.
• Prolong standing or staying in a stationary position for long periods.
• Complete repetitive movements.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Move/traverse inside the site to access machinery and other areas.
• Operate machinery, positions, set up, handle or tend to, modify equipment.
• Be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
• Have strong hand‑eye coordination and specific vision abilities including close, distance and peripheral vision.
• Maintain sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility.
• Work outside normal business hours, occasionally on short notice.
