Qualifications

• Associates Degree in technical or related field and 2+ years' maintenance experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service plant equipment and facilities.
• Create and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate outages.
• Lead root cause analysis to reduce breakdowns.
• Maintain records and manage SAP work orders.
• Provide training to maintenance technicians.
