Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct night shift leadership to maintenance technicians and assign work.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of sterilization systems, filling suites, and packaging lines.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and compliance.
• Manage performance, coaching, scheduling, attendance, and development.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality to resolve issues safely.
