Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Bioworks certification strongly preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant technical training encouraged to apply.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, pharmaceutical production, or related environments preferred.
- Candidates without a degree may be considered if they possess relevant industrial or pharmaceutical maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and industrial equipment maintenance with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, preventive, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment in a regulated environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair process systems including sterilization equipment, mixing vessels, production lines, and automated machinery.
- Support manufacturing operations by responding to equipment issues and minimizing downtime during night shift.
- Complete maintenance activities in compliance with safety, quality, and documentation requirements within a GMP-regulated facility.
- Assist with equipment installations, mechanical upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and performance.
