McWane Ductile New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead the night shift maintenance team in our Phillipsburg, NJ facility. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, assign work orders, and drive equipment reliability to minimize downtime.

You will ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout, safety policies, and quality standards while mentoring technicians and coordinating with other shifts. A strong supervisory background in industrial maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial maintenance systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Strong computer skills and maintenance documentation experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings.

Responsabilités

• Ensure production machinery is maintained and operational.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Assign and prioritize work orders for mechanics and millwrights.
• Conduct daily safety and toolbox meetings.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate repairs and parts procurement.
• Support preventive maintenance programs.
• Resolve employee and operational issues.
• Ensure timely production start-up and minimize downtime.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
• Administer discipline, training, JSAs, and safety talks.
• Develop and mentor maintenance team members.
