Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overnight maintenance shift (approx. 11:00 pm–7:30 am).
• Oversee maintenance and capital projects at the Ankeny Plant and supervise staff.
• Schedule department workload and train personnel to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain cost-effective preventive maintenance and safety programs.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, and proper reporting of issues to management.
