Job summary

Confidential Beverage Co. in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift to lead maintenance technicians, drive equipment reliability, and support a busy beverage production operation.

You will coordinate daily repairs, organize upcoming maintenance work, and develop a team focused on safe execution and preventing repeat breakdowns. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of maintenance experience.
Two years of education beyond high school through college or technical school.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, industrial control networks, electrical systems, hydraulics, and production equipment.
Organize workloads and guide technicians; communicate priorities across departments.
Coordinate contractors, project schedules and expenses; plan maintenance work with production.
Strong planning, problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills.
Availabilty for the stated overnight rotation, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and set safety/quality expectations.
Coordinate urgent repairs and emergency breakdowns while keeping planned maintenance on schedule.
Plan upcoming work around technician availability and production needs.
Investigate recurring failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
Develop technicians through coaching and safety training; track performance.
Support spare parts availability and maintenance storeroom practices.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to ensure food safety and reliable operations.
Coordinate contractors and vendors; ensure site safety procedures.
