Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for night shift at a confidential beverage manufacturer in the West Memphis area.

The role leads maintenance technicians, improves equipment reliability, and supports a busy production operation with a focus on safe execution and preventing repeat breakdowns. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, planning work around production and technician availability, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant maintenance experience.
• At least two years of education beyond high school through college or technical school.
• Strong working knowledge of PLCs, industrial control networks, electrical systems, hydraulics, and production equipment.
• Ability to organize workloads and communicate priorities across departments.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, project schedules, and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and assign work orders.
• Coordinate urgent repairs and ensure planned maintenance stays on schedule.
• Plan upcoming work around production needs and technician availability.
• Investigate recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop technicians through coaching and training.
• Track maintenance performance to reduce downtime.
• Support spare parts availability and storeroom practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams for reliable operations.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors per site safety procedures.
• Manage small maintenance and capital projects, including cost tracking.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and quality management standards.
