Job summary

Maintenance Supervisor – Night Shift is sought for a West Memphis, AR beverage manufacturing operation. The role leads maintenance technicians, schedules preventive work, and ensures safety and reliability of production equipment.

The position requires 5–7 years of maintenance experience, a technical education beyond high school, and strong skills in PLCs, electrical systems, and hydraulics. Relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant maintenance experience.
• At least two years of education beyond high school.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and schedules.
• Willingness to work the stated overnight rotation including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and assign work orders.
• Coordinate urgent repairs and emergency breakdown responses.
• Plan upcoming work around production schedules and priorities.
• Investigate recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop technicians through coaching and training.
• Track maintenance performance and downtime reductions.
• Manage parts inventory and storeroom practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams.
• Manage smaller maintenance and capital projects and cost tracking.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and support quality standards.
