West Memphis Beverage Co. in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift to lead maintenance technicians, improve equipment reliability, and support a busy production operation.

The role involves coordinating daily repairs, planning upcoming work around production schedules, and developing the team to prevent repeat breakdowns. Responsibilities include guiding technicians, prioritizing safety and quality, and collaborating with Production, Quality, and Safety teams

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of maintenance experience.
• At least two years of education beyond high school.
• Knowledge of PLCs, control networks, electrical systems, hydraulics.
• Willingness to work the overnight rotation including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and assign work orders with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate urgent repairs and keep planned maintenance on schedule.
• Plan upcoming work around production and technician availability.
• Investigate recurring failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
• Develop technicians through coaching and training.
• Track maintenance performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage spare parts and maintenance storeroom practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Safety to ensure food safety.
