Qualifications

• Five to seven years of maintenance experience.
• Two or more years of education beyond high school.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and communicate priorities across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and assign work orders with safety and quality in mind.
• Coordinate urgent repairs while maintaining planned maintenance.
• Plan upcoming work around schedules and equipment priorities.
• Investigate recurring failures and apply root-cause analysis.
• Develop technicians through coaching and training.
• Track maintenance performance and support parts availability.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure site safety.
