Job summary

Frito-Lay North America, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic for a 3rd shift in a Denver-area facility.

The role involves troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical control panels, and PLCs, with potential to work overtime or weekends as needed. Responsibilities include reading schematics, using testing equipment, and performing multi-craft repairs with emphasis on high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase).

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical repair in manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and use testing equipment.
• Experience with high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Repair AC/DC electrical systems and read schematics.
• Operate lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc welders for repair and fabrication.
• Respond to maintenance calls and develop repair lists.
• Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
