Amy's Kitchen, LLC in White City, OR is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the night shift (10pm–6:30am). This role involves routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment is preferred (1–3 months related experience).
• Ability to read safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and service on equipment and facility.
• Minimize production downtime due to mechanical reasons through quick response.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and procedures (lubricating, cleaning, adjusting).
• Develop mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills with guidance from supervisors.
• Utilize a variety of hand and portable tools to perform assignments.
• Assist in running services to new or relocated equipment (air, water, electrical).
• Perform carpentry work as needed.
• Learn packaging equipment setup and changeover including fine tuning and adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; participate in required training.
• Overtime may be required during peak season or company needs.
