Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform routine equipment and facility repairs on the night shift in White City. You will work 10pm to 6:30am, including weekend work and two weekdays off, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow your career.

You'll follow GMP and safety guidelines, use a range of tools, and respond quickly to minimize downtime. The role includes physical demands and potential overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate manuals.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks and lifting up to 50-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and service on equipment and facility.
• Minimize production downtime through quick response.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and procedures.
• Develop mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with guidance.
• Use a wide variety of hand and portable tools to perform tasks.
• Assist in running services to new or relocated equipment.
• Perform carpentry work as needed.
• Learn packaging equipment setup and changeover.
• Follow safety procedures and company handbook.
• Overtime may be required during peak season.
