Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Inventory Attendant for the 3rd shift in Nottingham, PA. You will manage spare parts and tools, maintain accurate ERP-driven inventory, and support production with timely tool distribution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• 1–3 months of related mechanical experience or training.
• Must work in a noisy, fast-paced environment and handle gloves, cleaning solutions and airborne seasonings.
• Pass pre-placement screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage tools and spare parts, receiving, inspecting, storing and documentation.
• Use ERP to track inventory and cycle counts; maintain accurate records.
• Distribute tools to production staff with proper paperwork; schedule and coordinate usage.
• Maintain a clean, safe tool crib and comply with safety guidelines including SQF.
