Job summary

International Paper is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our Bellmawr, NJ plant on the overnight shift (11pm-7am, Monday-Friday).

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, operate metalworking tools, and ensure safety and quality standards across corrugated packaging operations. A strong commitment to reliability and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and identify trouble sources.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts.
• Replace or repair faulty components and install parts.
• Set up and operate metalworking tools to fabricate parts.
• Perform plant startup tasks and ensure equipment runs reliably.
