Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Machinist for an in-person role with a pay range of $18–$32.05 per hour. The position includes Sunday-Thursday shifts, voluntary overtime, and weekly pay in a family-owned manufacturing environment.

You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC and manual grinding equipment, inspect parts, and ensure quality while maintaining production records and reliability. Benefits and on-demand pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work order instructions.
• Experience with CNC or manual machine operation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC grinding equipment.
• Perform inspections using measuring equipment to ensure product quality.
• Monitor part conformance and adjust equipment based on specifications.
• Complete basic data entry and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain established production levels and rework products as needed.
