JR Metal Works is seeking a Night Shift I Machine Operator to safely operate production equipment and manufacture high-quality metal components in line with customer specifications and production schedules.

This role supports the night shift from 5 PM to 5 AM Sunday through Tuesday, with overtime available. It emphasizes safe manufacturing practices, quality, and adherence to company standards while offering opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in accordance with work instructions and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain production pace to meet or exceed nightly output targets while minimizing scrap and rework.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.
