Job summary

JR Metal Works LLC is seeking a Night Shift I Metal Fabrication Operator to set up and run press brake equipment per blueprints, ensuring accurate bends and part quality. The role supports night production goals with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, operating independently with minimal supervision.

You will work with the Night I team, follow drawings, and contribute to corrective maintenance and process learning to advance within the JRMW system.

Qualifications

• Press brake operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and bend deductions.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Proficiency using measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow fabrication drawings, specifications, and verbal instructions to build parts, structures, and mechanical component assemblies from a wide variety of materials.
• Safely and efficiently run all machines involved in the fabrication and completion of parts.
• Periodically test operation of machines for any issues.
• Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and orderly manner and report all equipment problems.
• Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.
