Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Set up manual machines and start a production cycle.
• Operate manual and CNC machines and inspect parts.
• Read blueprints to determine setup and sequence.
• Measure parts with calipers and micrometers for conformance.
• Adjust machine settings and document production data.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area.
