Snap-on Tools seeks a Machine Operator at our Elkmont, Alabama plant. The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. CT, with overtime including weekends. You will set up and operate manual and CNC machines, read blueprints, and inspect parts to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading, adjusting, and monitoring machines, recording data, and ensuring safety. We offer comprehensive benefits and weekly pay after 30 days of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. and 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Set-up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce parts.
• Read blueprints and interference checks; adjust machine settings.
• Inspect parts with gauges and calipers for conformance.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the work area.
• Meet productivity goals and document operational data.
